Shelley Pengilly's 'Persephone' Collection has to be one of the most fun and creative collections I've work on this year! Inspired by flowers and with a pastel pink and white colour scheme, it really felt like we spent 2 days in fantasy fairy tale wonderland creating these looks.

Shelley hand made each wig and hair piece from scratch, inspired by different types of flowers. Her skills were truly impressive and it was fascinating to see how each look came to life.
I used a combination of water based and cream based body paints by Kryolan, to achieve a matte white skin tone, with a frosted finish. I then used pigments and shadows in various pink and pastel shades to create a beauty makeup. Myself and Paisley then applied each petal (one by one) to the body. This was a delicate and painstaking process, but totally worth it in the end!
